**Job Title:** Data Governance Leader**Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to champion data across all functions, driving transformation and elevating data from a fragmented resource to a trusted asset.

This role involves developing and leading an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned to business goals, identifying high-impact use cases, KPIs, and business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing an organizational-wide strategy for analytics, data visualization, and insights, implementing distributed analytics teams, and defining data ownership, stewardship, and accountability structures.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading enterprise-wide data strategies, governance frameworks, and analytics initiatives, with a strong understanding of data governance principles including compliance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an enterprise-wide data strategy
  • Establishing data governance frameworks and policies
  • Leading distributed analytics teams and implementing data visualization and insights
  • Promoting accountability for data assets and ensuring regulatory compliance

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in leading data strategies, governance frameworks, and analytics initiatives
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles including data ownership, stewardship, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of data policies and embed governance into business operations
  • Previous expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and advanced analytics to influence decision-making
