Lead a Team of Passionate Educators

This is a permanent and full-time position with some flexibility for working from home. You will start off with a 5-week induction program, followed by incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.

  • Build relationships with schools and be an active member within the school community.
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan enriching experiences every day.
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
  • Manage and roster your team of passionate educators.
  • Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
  • Be the glue that connects us with your school community.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

You will be a natural leader with an eye for detail, and have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic and fun-loving individuals are encouraged to apply.
