Director of Early Childhood Services

Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations with compliance and quality as top priorities.
  • Develop engaging activities that promote creativity and learning in children.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents through open communication and involvement.
  • Represent the centre in the local community, building partnerships and promoting our values.
  • Effectively manage resources for efficient centre operations.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children at all times.
  • Assist with daily campus tasks such as activity preparation and mealtimes.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs that prioritise each child's holistic growth.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and support to other educators within the centre.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development, program details, and daily information.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • At least two years' experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Current paid working with children check, current first aid & CPR.
  • National Police Check (within six months).
  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
