
Business Operations Leader

As a seasoned retail leader, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. Your impressive track record of achievement in senior retail management roles will drive a positive and safe culture in store.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a strong understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success.
- Ensure the operation of your store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results, maximising sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.
- Lead from the front in terms of workplace health and safety, providing training and coaching as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will bring with you:
- A minimum of 30+ years experience in senior retail management roles, leading large successful teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Flexible availability across our span of hours.
- A strong understanding of various retail operations.
- Previous experience working to key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated people leadership and safety management capabilities.
