Technical Recruitment Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced end-to-end Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will manage the recruitment process for technical, engineering, and operational management roles. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-caliber candidates in positions that align with their skills and career aspirations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop a thorough understanding of the industrial sector and market pipeline opportunities.
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Understand a client's business operations and help fulfill their recruitment needs.
* Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
* Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS / CRM Recruitment platform.

**About You**

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field are desirable.
* Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or similar role (engineering space is highly desirable).
* Excellent communication with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in using recruitment software and platforms.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to meeting expectations and reaching targets.
