About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at 360HR Solutions. As a key member of our Wollongong team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, engineering, and operational management roles.

Your primary focus will be on sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-caliber candidates in positions that align with their skills and career aspirations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Illawarra industrial sector and market pipeline opportunities.
  • Able to identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand a client's business operations and help fulfill their recruitment needs.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS / CRM Recruitment platform.
About You

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field. You should have proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering space. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using recruitment software are essential.
