As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates, while working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent for our clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients and candidates
  • Work collaboratively with the TR3 Recruitment team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar recruitment role
  • Exposure to a white collar labour hire workforce
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of service driven recruitment and recruitment software
  • Strong service focus and commitment to an exemplary customer experience
  • Ability to build rapport and understand the needs of our clients
  • High level of attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Ability to manage competing demands and priorities and a proactive approach to work
