We are seeking a Customer Relations Expert to join our team in Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time position offering flexible working between home and office.

About the Role

You will be the customer advocate and ambassador for Stockland, enhancing our competitive position and brand while delivering outstanding service.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
  • Improve Stockland's ability to identify customer trends, predict customer needs, and address barriers to successful partnerships.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder feedback cycle to determine satisfaction levels and enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate construction and community milestone updates.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and attend customer inspections.
  • Manage events such as walk your lot events and customer information sessions.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and processes to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Preferably experience within real estate, construction/residential building, or development industry.
  • A customer focus drives you – you understand delivering outstanding service.
  • Experience collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues.
  • Experience working with complex and sensitive information with an eye for detail.
  • Driver's licence is essential.

This role offers an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
