Personal Trainer Opportunity

Are you a fitness enthusiast with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive team environment? We're seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join our team of like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions to clients
  • Design and lead group training sessions that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Contribute to the development of engaging social media content that promotes our brand and services
  • Play a key role in boosting company culture by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among team members
  • Promote sales and attract new clients through effective marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with local area marketers to implement targeted marketing campaigns
  • Develop customized training programs that meet the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their continued growth and satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized gym floor, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with desk sign-ups, new member orientations, and free sessions as needed
  • Regularly report to the gym manager on key performance indicators, progress, and any areas requiring improvement

Requirements:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness from a recognized education provider
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate, ensuring the highest level of safety for clients
  • Valid ABN and insurance coverage to protect against potential risks
  • WWC and Police Check to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Group Instructor, preferably within a gym environment
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
