Job Title: Care Support SpecialistAbout the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives as a care support specialist. You will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients, whether it's helping an elderly client maintain their independence or assisting a person with a disability to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality care and support to clients in a safe and respectful manner
  • To work collaboratively with other team members to achieve positive outcomes for clients
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for care work and ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively
  • An adaptable, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
  • National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or current NDIS worker screening check
  • Current First Aid, Manual Handling, and Hand Hygiene Certificates
  • Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field
