**Job Overview**
">- A key professional role has arisen for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to lead our FM operations at HM Prison Barwon and the Karreenga Correctional Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery of hard and soft services, meeting site-specific scope requirements. This includes establishing effective client relationships, providing oversight for FM operations, liaising with clients to ensure access can be provided to sub-contractor employees, managing subcontractors, and ensuring they meet security, safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
">- Act as a senior FM professional responsible for managing FM operations across multiple sites.
- Provide technical support to other FM staff members on site-based operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all work activities performed by sub-contractors.
- Co-ordinate daily operations and maintenance schedules in conjunction with the operational team.
We are seeking candidates with strong leadership skills, who have experience working in large complex environments, particularly in planned and reactive maintenance.
">- Past experience supervising others and managing sub-contractors is beneficial.
- A strong understanding of commercial risk, health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements is required.
- An unrestricted driver licence and ability to undertake a National Police check and medical check are necessary.
