About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Poultry Product Packaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of poultry and red meat products.

This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Slice and pack poultry and red meat products with precision and care.
  • Assist in stock processing and loading onto the process table.
  • Use trolleys to transport goods to packing sections, maintaining a high level of hygiene throughout the process.
  • Prepare orders for customers, conduct stock takes, and place products onto pallets while ensuring effective wrapping.
  • Report to the assistant production manager as needed, taking on duties as advised.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the food industry and HACCP protocols.
  • Experience with boning knives and machine operations (cutter, dicer, mincer, vacuum pack, slicer, or strapper).
