Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our project management group, you will collaborate closely with the Project Director and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Establish clear communication channels, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, developing strong relationships and promoting the company professionally.
- Manage project resources, setting objectives and principles for safe and successful delivery.
- Support and mentor junior project managers as needed.
- Conduct regular project reviews and meetings with the project team throughout all phases: design, procurement, construction, commercial, and project debriefs.
- Implement strategic plans for project delivery in collaboration with the Project Director.
- Provide regular reports to the Project Director and senior leadership on project status, key issues, and performance objectives.
- Monitor and establish programmes, milestones, short-term goals, programme logic, and critical interdependencies.
- Establish and implement processes for monitoring performance, productivity, and quality throughout each phase.
- Ensure accurate digital reporting and protocols are in place.
Commercial Management
- Assist with financial management, including cash flow projections, payment schedules, and contract terms.
- Manage project budgets, influencing the commercial position and performance of the project.
- Oversee processes and procedures for effective procurement and supply chain management.
Quality Assurance & Standards
- Maintain high standards for information, services, and end products.
- Develop and implement relevant specifications and standards.
- Ensure adherence to established standards and values at all times.
- Recognize overall project objectives and identify opportunities for delivering optimal solutions.
- Manage Health and Safety processes and objectives, including CDM coordination.
