Occupational Therapist plays a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives.
The ideal candidate will be open to new opportunities and eager to develop their skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for functional activities of daily living.
- Assess and implement assistive technology solutions for individuals with complex needs.
- Provide fine motor and gross motor therapy to improve physical function.
- Conduct housing needs assessments, including SIL/SDA or ILO accommodation options.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
- Assess and implement seating and positioning solutions to promote comfort and safety.
- Develop and deliver adult therapy programs, including group and individual sessions.
- Conduct manual handling assessments and provide training to ensure safe practice.
- Perform developmental milestone assessments for early intervention and school-aged children.
- Identify and address sensory issues through targeted interventions.
- Work with parents, carers, and teachers to develop emotional regulation and behavioural strategies.

Essential Criteria- Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
