Job Description">

As a Home Care Worker, you will be providing essential care to help older people live independently in their homes and improve their quality of life.

You will be responsible for traveling to clients' homes using your own car, with reimbursement for $0.96 cents per km plus paid travel time.

  • Providing personal care - assisting with showering and dressing
  • Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
  • Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
  • Assisting with medication
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you should be able to relate to people, be patient and solutions-focused.

A valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance) are required.

Ideal qualifications include a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If not currently qualified, training can be provided.
