Your Daily Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Community Leader for our Queens Park village. This full-time role reports to the Village Manager and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and compliance, while ensuring an outstanding resident experience.

The Role

  • Connect with residents and staff, fostering a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels at home and supported.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the village, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, workplace health and safety, and effective administrative controls.
  • Plan and oversee engaging activities, from themed dinners and movie nights to gardening clubs and fitness classes.
  • Lead and support a passionate team of employees who share your commitment to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.
