Village Manager Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in Ellenbrook, at our Parklands Retirement Living Village.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining outstanding working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • They will play an active role in the village and wider local community, leading and supporting the team, creating a positive, safe and people-focused culture.
  • Delivering performance and creating the best villages and lifestyle solutions for residents and their families is key to this role.
  • Maintaining a high level of commitment to the customer and the community is essential.
  • The Village Manager will implement operational plans, manage day-to-day operations across the village, and initiate actions that generate measurable benefits to residents, their families, staff and the wider organisation.

Requirements:

  • A strong track record of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong connections with residents and their families.
