Career Transition Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced technician seeking to transfer their trade background into a Defence environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects that make a real impact, with full training and career growth. The role will be based in the Central Coast region and may require travel to Sydney.
Job Description:
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and upgrades on specialist equipment on Naval platforms
- Diagnose and repair technical issues to ensure systems remain operational
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field
- Proven experience in maintenance, field service, or technical roles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
- Australian Citizenship and eligibility for an NV1 security clearance
