Job Placement Consultant

At our organization, we provide occupational rehabilitation services to support individuals with disabilities or injuries in their career transition and return to work. Our team of skilled professionals works collaboratively with clients, employers, and internal stakeholders to provide safe and sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce.

The role of a Job Placement Consultant is crucial in achieving return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building, and promoting independence. You will empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment, broker new employment or work experience opportunities, and build strong relationships with local employers and organizations.

  • Provide case management and support to injured workers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop Labour Market Research reports and vocational programs
  • Build relationships with local employers and organizations

To succeed in this role, you will possess a passion for Employment Services or Disability Employment, drive, energy, and professionalism, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also have flexible work hours arrangements, be able to work autonomously and within a team environment, and have the confidence and initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes.
