Campaign Delivery Manager

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Campaign Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end delivery of marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This position serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of campaigns and propositions.

Closely collaborating with Senior Campaign Managers, Proposition Managers, MarTech Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers is crucial for delivering high-quality outcomes that enhance customer engagement and drive business value.

This includes:

• Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Negotiating with senior stakeholders on priorities, sequence activities, and managing the backlog of campaign work.
• Working closely with senior business stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand and define requirements, set priorities, and manage timelines.
• Ensuring alignment between business goals and current technology implementation.
• Leading the identification and mitigation of risks, ensuring smooth delivery with minimal disruption.
• Driving continuous improvement in delivery processes, adopting best delivery practices where applicable.
• Facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers.
• Managing regular updates and insights to senior leadership on project status, key challenges, and recommendations.
• Providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members within the squad.
• Leading the culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
