Brand Campaign Delivery Consultant

This role will support the delivery of brand campaigns that foster an emotional connection with customers, thus driving their preference.

About the Position

The Group Brand team is responsible for shaping the vision and creating consideration and advocacy for our brands with our customers and our people.

The Brand Campaign Delivery team sits within Group Brand and aims to drive engagement with, and preference for, our Brands.

As a Campaign Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with the Manager, Brand Campaign Delivery and Senior Campaign Delivery Lead to help build a world-class communications and campaign delivery function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support brand strategy by delivering integrated communication campaigns across brand, social impact, and sponsorship.
  • Work closely with creative and media agencies to deliver campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different functions of the brand team and enterprise to ensure alignment and protection of our brand.
  • Present to various stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor risk and assurance requirements within agreed risk appetite levels.
  • Support the management of measurement frameworks and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in a leadership or specialist role.
  • Tertiary education with a qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques are essential.
  • Good presentation and written communication skills.
  • Creative judgement and demonstrated experience in agency management.
