About the Job

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can provide strategic and operational advice on human resource matters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on terms and conditions of employment, including certified agreements, awards, directives, and policies.
  • Manage human resource cases, such as discipline, complaints, appeals, rehabilitation, and injury management programs.
  • Interpret, analyze, and monitor human resource data and reports to assist managers with workforce planning and operational matters.
  • Oversee and coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including developing and updating role descriptions and providing effective advice and mentoring throughout all phases of recruitment.
  • Actively participate in strategic and operational planning processes, committees, and networks, including consultation processes with stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, such as Inductions, Code of Conduct and Standard of Practice, Recruitment and Selection, Workplace Health and Safety, and general human resource management related training as required.
  • Manage human resource projects to deliver high-quality human resource solutions and customer outcomes.
  • Support the promotion and implementation of work health and safety initiatives.

What We Offer
