Human Resource Officer
Job Description:- Develop and implement HR initiatives to streamline processes, including recruitment, contracting, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training, performance management.
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures relating to HR.
- Support recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process through to second interview, including conducting qualifying interviews and testing.
- Design and deliver training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Support management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Experience in an HR officer or administrator role.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- BA/BSc in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
