About the Role

Sustainability reporting is a critical component of any business strategy. As our Sustainability Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of our mandatory and voluntary sustainability reports, including data collection and analysis.

The role requires strategic thinking and expertise in carbon emissions reduction, energy efficiency, and waste management. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful climate action and meet our emissions reduction targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all global locations obtain and record sustainability data in the Envizi platform
  • Gathering and analysing data for sustainability reporting, especially for incoming mandatory climate reporting
  • Working with finance, risk, and HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement in relation to sustainability reporting
  • Developing a roadmap and timeline to meet proposed emissions reductions targets, including operational efficiency measures and supply chain engagement
  • Assisting procurement managers to switch global locations to renewable energy by 2025
  • Engaging facilities managers and other key stakeholders to improve energy efficiency and reduce waste
  • Identifying high-risk suppliers in relation to carbon emissions and developing a priority list of suppliers to engage

You will also supervise the Sustainability Data Analyst and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

This role requires strong influencing, relationship building, and collaboration skills, as well as experience in sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, and GHG emissions reporting.
