Job Title: Assistant Manager

About the Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced store manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing store strategy, working closely with the broader leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively execute store plans and manage daily activities, evaluating and adapting tactics as needed to drive financial performance.
  2. Lead the store to deliver positive customer experiences and drive financial performance, with particular focus on optimising productivity of space, merchandise and people.
  3. Actively drive a high performance, customer focus and service and selling culture in alignment with company values.
  4. Allocate and manage store operational responsibilities and activities in a coordinated and collaborative manner.
  5. Lead, empower, coach and develop your team to build organisational capability.
  6. Encourage and lead adaptation of new ways of operating through effective communication and role modelling.

About You:

  • Retail management/store leadership experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated skill in evaluating and adapting operational tactics.
  • Proven ability to drive high performance.
  • Commitment to delivering positive customer experiences.
  • Advanced computer skills, with the ability to analyse data and identify business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a large retail team with a results focus.
  • Experience with coaching and developing retail managers to build organisational capability will be highly regarded.
