Job Description:

The Assistant Store Manager will work in partnership with the Store Manager to drive team excellence across all store touchpoints. This includes overseeing daily store operations, ensuring product visual merchandising meets business directives, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate sales targets and KPIs to the team and monitor progress daily
  • Manage conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction to achieve growth
  • Take immediate action to resolve underperformance daily
  • Assist the Store Manager in creating and reviewing store-based rosters
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser to ensure visual priorities meet JD standards

Key Requirements:

  • Able to adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and effectively floor manage the team
  • Able to manage multiple key priorities, including people management, sales targets, campaign launches, visual merchandising, stock management, and in-store marketing
  • Delegate tasks to other managers and ensure the store setup aligns with company directives
