Store Operations Lead

About the Role:
This position is a leadership opportunity for an experienced retail professional to oversee day-to-day store operations. The key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining effective store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
- Driving sales growth through strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining a visually appealing store environment that meets brand standards.
- Monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, and implementing improvement plans where necessary.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently and escalating when required.
- Collaborating with senior management on staffing, scheduling, and team development.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Tracking and reporting daily sales performance, KPIs, and store productivity.
- Coordinating with visual merchandising and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in retail management and furniture sales, with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a results-driven individual who can motivate and develop a team to deliver outstanding results.
