About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Activation and Performance Manager to join our team at Mediabrands. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our paid media efforts and driving business growth through innovative performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of paid media specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns across programmatic, social, and search channels.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our performance marketing capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners to drive business growth and retention.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading paid media teams and driving business growth through performance marketing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
