The Star Brisbane is a major entertainment hub located in the heart of a large development project in Brisbane.

About the Role

As our Revenue Analyst, you will provide proactive support to the Hotel Operations and Hotel Sales team by assisting with financial analysis, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximise revenue from a portfolio of hotels in Brisbane.

You will ensure profitable pricing strategies are utilised and embedded into the Property Management System and all distribution channels. You'll collaborate with peers in Marketing and Reservations to seek customer insights and compile data reports for management to use when evaluating hotel revenue and advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement pricing strategies and contracted rates aligned with Marketing and Sales initiatives
- Analyse performance data and generate insightful reports
- Support the Hotel Division to effectively execute revenue management strategies on an ongoing basis to drive market share within the competitive set and optimise RevPAR
- Contribute to the setup and ongoing usage of the new Revenue Management System to track performance
- Collaborate with Hotel Sales to ensure rates quoted in group or corporate proposals are in line with overall revenue optimisation strategy
- Assist with short and long-term topline revenue forecasts and maintain property management system to ensure only relevant rate strategies are active.

About the Position
You have experience as a Revenue or Pricing Analyst with hotel-industry experience, or have worked in Hotel Reservations with a focus on maximising revenue by setting the right price. You're known for your collaborative approach, sound judgment, and impeccable analytical skills.
