Job Title

We are seeking a detail-driven Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Commercial team. This role is central to maximising hotel performance by optimising occupancy, rates, and overall revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement effective business intelligence solutions across multiple properties.
  • Analyse data across distribution channels to maximise top-line revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform pricing and strategy.
  • Deliver reporting and analysis for daily revenue calls and commercial meetings.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-stay/group pricing decisions.
  • Manage and optimise business systems, including data analytics software and channel managers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRO, and Distribution teams to align business objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • At least 18 months' experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Specialist, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Experience with business intelligence systems and channel managers (desirable).
