Our team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Performance Analyst to join our Commercial department at our Brisbane Head Office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for analysing data across distribution channels, providing insights and recommendations to maximise top-line revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Regional Revenue Manager in implementing effective revenue management strategies across multiple properties.
  • Analyse data across distribution channels, providing insights and recommendations to maximise top-line revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform pricing and strategy.
  • Deliver reporting and analysis for daily revenue calls and commercial meetings.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-stay/group pricing decisions.
  • Manage and optimise revenue systems, including pricing and channel managers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRO, and Distribution teams to align business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • At least 18 months' experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Experience with revenue management systems and channel managers (desirable).
