**Job Role Overview:**

We are expanding our team to support the growing demand for our AI platform.

This is a technical support specialist role where you will work directly with users to troubleshoot, integrate agents, set up API keys, configure tools and provide guidance on best practices.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting users across different plans.
  • Helping customers integrate agents, configure tools, and set up API keys.
  • Providing technical guidance on how to use the Relevance AI platform effectively.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and contributing to improving our documentation.

**Requirements for Success:**

  • A recent graduate with a technical background.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for AI and agents.
  • The ability to learn quickly, become a power user of the Relevance AI platform, and help others do the same.
