Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generator to provide support to the Sales and Marketing teams by generating qualified leads through telemarketing and ensuring their successful conversion into sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilise existing client relationships to generate leads for the Sales and Marketing teams
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team members
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients using CRM systems
- Previous experience in Lead Generation or Telemarketing roles
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A solutions-focused attitude with a can-do approach
- Strong drive for sales and ability to self-motivate
- Fearless ability to ask insightful questions to speak with decision makers
