Business Development and Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill a Business Development and Marketing Specialist position. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy that aligns with our firm's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing and BD plan aligned with the firm's goals and targets.
  • Promote the growth of BD activities from informal efforts to a structured program, introducing frameworks for proactive BD and coordinating outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of high-impact marketing campaigns and thought leadership content, ensuring it is persona-driven and localized.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Develop and lead the execution of a robust digital marketing strategy, including website content, LinkedIn presence, and email marketing.
  • Plan and orchestrate client events and seminars, ensuring each event has clear objectives and follow-up actions.
  • Own and analyze marketing and BD data and metrics, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement an efficient operating model for marketing and BD across the organization, defining and documenting processes for common tasks.
  • Enhance internal capability and awareness around marketing and BD through training sessions, workshops, and coaching.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive results.
