Job Role Overview:

The Service Coordinator role is pivotal in the management of our repair network. This position plays a critical part in achieving cost-to-serve targets and ensuring that our repairers meet their service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze repairer performance to identify opportunities for improvement, manage salvage activities, and maintain data integrity within our repair management system.
  • Audit invoicing costs and collaborate with repairers to ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Support strategic planning to optimize network coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality checks, reviews, and prepare performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and improvement plans for repair agents.
  • Manage customer inquiries and escalations related to repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairer contracts and documentation.
  • Update our repair management system and identify gaps to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare regular reports on network performance and key metrics.
  • Provide accurate and complete data to our contracts team for effective contract management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
