About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Network Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support or administrative roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

In this role, you will assist the Network Service Manager in managing our repair network, ensuring that repairers meet their service level agreements (SLAs) and achieve cost-to-serve (CTS) targets. You will be responsible for tracking repairer performance, managing salvage opportunities, and maintaining accurate records within our repair management system (Solvup).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating and onboarding new repairers.
  • Support repairers with inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of repairer contracts and documentation.

You will also be involved in researching network gaps, analyzing data to identify opportunities and gaps in the repair network, and supporting strategic planning to optimize network coverage and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and be a team player who is committed to delivering high-quality results.
