Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experienced Room Attendant to join our team at Little National Newcastle.

This is a part-time opportunity offering smart luxury in a prime location. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the cleaning of guest rooms and replenishing amenities, maintaining guest room pantries, ensuring equipment is clean and in working order, and assisting guests as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean guest rooms and replenish amenities
  • Maintain guest room pantries and ensure equipment is clean and functional
  • Respond to guest requests and assist where possible
About You
  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Have a proven track record of room servicing
  • Take pride in customer service
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Available to work rotating roster, including Monday to Sunday, 9am to 2pm (minimum) with hours varying by occupancy
  • At least 4 days of availability on a rotating roster
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Team player who can work autonomously
  • Honesty, reliability, and accountability
About The Role

This role reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager and requires commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Our hotel is positioned on Honeysuckle Drive, offering convenient access to the rail network and Hunter River views.
