Hotel Housekeeping Role

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to work as Hotel Housekeepers with our partner hotels in Hunter Valley, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to take your career to the next level and be part of a distinguished brand.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our hotel's high standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning guest rooms, including the stripping and making of beds, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Carrying out general cleaning duties such as toilet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning and dusting to ensure all areas are spotless.
  • Overseeing the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception and corridors to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensuring that health and safety obligations are met at all times.
  • Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Providing on-the-job training to new staff members and assisting with their development.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly regarded.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • The ability to work unsupervised and be well-organised to meet deadlines and targets.
  • A professional approach and a commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
  • A current Police Check and the ability to obtain any necessary clearances.
  • Work rights within Australia.
