About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Director to lead and coordinate service strategies in functional areas that include effectively managing client services, facilitating team development, and understanding changes occurring within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client services that uphold the unique needs of each client in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Develop and drive improvement in team performance to promote the continued viability and growth of the service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the sector and incorporate them into the business plan for your service.
  • Work towards continuous improvement of our service to ensure it meets Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven ability to lead and coordinate service strategies.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a similar role in Social Services, Management, or Human Services.
  • A good networker to develop partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Solid financial management skills with a track record in delivering operational strategies.
  • Confidence in navigating and nurturing teams through ambiguity and change.
  • A great understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and risk management practices.
  • Knowledge of AN-NACC with a current registration with AHPRA.
