Located in Belrose, we are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and coordinate service strategies in functional areas.

Job Description

  • Effectively manage client services that uphold unique needs in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Facilitate team development, driving performance improvement to promote viability and growth.
  • Understand sector and community changes, incorporating them into the business plan.
  • Work towards continuous improvement of the service to meet Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in aged or community care, or extensive experience in Social Services, Management, or Human Services with similar role.
  • Good networker for developing partnerships with external participants.
  • Solid financial management skills with operational strategy delivery.
  • Confident in navigating teams through ambiguity and change.
  • Great understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and risk management practices.
  • Knowledge of AN-NACC with current registration with AHPRA.
