Store Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Sheridan Belrose Outlet.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets.
• Drive a team committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering.
• Analyze reports to make commercial decisions that drive business growth.
