Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Customer Service professional to join our customer contact centre team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive records.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the selected candidate will also be required to develop constructive working relationships within the team.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Business or Finance, intermediate Microsoft Office suite competence level, and a high degree of accuracy and quality control.
