About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Focused Improvement Specialist and HSE Partner to join our team at our Burnie site in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to the cost management agenda outlined in the Mondelez Burnie Operation contract, meeting budget targets and emphasizing cost-conscious purchasing.
  • Drive delivery targets, striving for 95% output according to production plans, optimizing efficiency, flexibility, and resource availability.
  • Maintain rigorous environmental health and safety standards, including GMP, audits, HACCP plans, and waste reduction initiatives, while promoting a culture of compliance and safety awareness throughout the site.
  • Coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Science, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Relevant experience within food or beverage manufacturing. Diary industry experience is highly advantageous.
  • Working efficiently in a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements.
  • Production Planning, Scheduling and stock ordering against requirements using SAP.
  • Working with our farmers to ensure compliance to our policies and procedures and technical vendors to support compliance.
  • Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Project management and working on multiple activities at the same time.
  • Adept with MS office applications
