The successful candidate will have previous experience in a high-end, VIP service-based role and will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with conflict. They will also have an exceptional eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring a positive experience through all interactions

• Meet customers on-site, directing them around the showroom and offering refreshments

• Provide administration support to the wider business and sales team

• Work closely with the marketing and events team to organize events and product launches
