Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, sales promotions, and special offers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, drive store revenue growth, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and store profitability.
