**Studio Concierge Position Description**Casual (10 hours per week)

**Mission**:The Studio Concierge will enhance our community by providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and promoting our programs and merchandise.

**Role Outline**:We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Studio Concierge to be the face of our dance studio. This role involves engaging with clients, providing tours, and supporting sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors warmly, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Conduct studio tours for prospective clients and visitors.
- Assist clients with inquiries, providing information about programs, schedules, and pricing.
- Promote and upsell merchandise and uniforms to clients.
- Support the sales process by assisting with enrolments and registrations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive studio environment.
- Handle client feedback and concerns with care and professionalism.

**Success Metrics**:

- High levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Increased sales of merchandise and uniforms.
- Effective communication and engagement with clients.
- Smooth and welcoming studio tours and client interactions.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Dance: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
