We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dispute Resolution Leader to join our Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will lead and coach the team to manage non-complex related complaints, ensuring fair, effective, and timely resolutions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The role involves driving positive change through consultation, education, and communication. We seek someone who continuously improves themselves and their team while contributing functional expertise, leadership, and business management ideas as part of cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintaining operational excellence by monitoring activities to ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Analysing complaints to identify recurring and systemic issues and reporting them to the Service Delivery Leadership team.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to deliver enhanced service, greater efficiency, and reduced risk.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in dispute resolution management, solid experience within the superannuation industry, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good stakeholder management skills.
