Senior Dispute Resolution Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our dispute resolution operations.
This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring fair, timely, and effective resolution of disputes between injured workers, employers, and insurers.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a proactive approach to dispute resolution and conciliatory matters.
- Lead a team of professionals providing supervision, coaching, and performance development.
- Oversee intake, assessment, and resolution of disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
- Promote early resolution practices including conciliation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and contribute to strategic planning and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, documentation, and case management.
- You possess strong leadership skills and experience in dispute resolution, case management, or legal services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex disputes in a regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, dispute resolution, public administration, or a related field (desirable).
