Tax Dispute Resolution Specialist
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded national team of tax dispute resolution specialists. As a Tax Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will have the chance to work with a range of clients and specialists across the firm to develop your written and oral advocacy skills and provide legal advice.
Responsibilities:- Prepare for and resolve risk reviews, audits and disputes with revenue authorities.
- Work with clients to prepare objections and brief counsel on ATO Risk Reviews, Audits, Independent Reviews, tax litigation.
- Collaborate with other specialist groups across the firm in Australia and internationally.
- Previous experience in corporate tax, international tax, tax law and/or tax dispute resolution and controversy in an advisory or Big 4 professional services firm, a law firm or the Australian Taxation Office.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and negotiate with high level discretion.
- Act as a constructive leader and coach by participating in culture initiatives and contributing to building and enhancing the firm's culture.

Qualifications:A Law Degree is required for this role.
