Job Description

We're looking for a senior leader to drive transformational programs of work across our technology and digital teams. You'll work closely with Program Directors, business leads, SMEs, sponsors, and steering committees to deliver program goals on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage technology program execution and coordinate cross-functional technical teams
  • Evaluate end-to-end design and delivery, considering people, process, and technical readiness
  • Ensure solutions are secure by design, scalable, and sustainable
  • Nurture a collaborative culture and build trust with diverse stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 12+ years of program management and delivery experience, with relevant qualifications (e.g., Prince 2, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management)
  • Ability to develop and manage detailed program plans and oversee project activities/sprint lifecycles
  • Demonstrated experience in accurate budget and forecast management
  • Comprehensive experience in Software Delivery Lifecycle and Digital/Technology transformation, and Technology Service Management
  • Strong understanding of technical system resilience, cyber security & data privacy requirements, software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and infrastructure management
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Estimated salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
